The hidden fees that are driving up home prices

Homebuilders in Broward and Palm Beach counties are protesting what they call “crazy increases in impact fees,” which localities charge to help pay for new streets and other infrastructure projects. The Gold Coast Builders Association claims the increases are helping to price many homebuyers out of the market.
