The elusive Florida panther is the apex predator for the southeastern United States. Dr. Frank Ridgley DVM, is the head of Zoo Miami’s Conservation and Research Department and a research associate at Florida International University. His talk will focus on the techniques used by state and federal agencies to unlock the secrets of this endangered big cat so that it can be better protected.
