Chefs from some of the finest Key West and Lower Keys restaurants are to concoct their most creative offerings at the event, competing for top honors in the appetizer, entrée and dessert categories. Attending food-lovers taste the dishes and cast people’s choice ballots, while official judges determine those most deserving of other awards.
